Thank you for your interest in trading at the Fair. We have an attendance of around 10,000 depending on the weather this is a estimate as entry to the event is free and we only charge for car parking. The trade space that we have is around 270ft frontage with a generous amount of space behind your pitch. We have negotiated more space but will only utilize this extra space if we have enough demand to fill it. We ask that all our stall holders have public liability insurance and if selling food all the relevant hygiene certification as well.
The Committee which operates the Fair has the final decision as to who trades at the event and withholds the right to refuse permission to trade at any time due to not following the rules that the Committee issues. Trading at the event for numerous years does not automatically ensure that you will be allowed to trade.
The Parish has asked for the Fair to go back to its roots with a Agricultural/Countryside theme and these types of traders will be given preference over others. We will also not be accepting any fast food bars as we already have more than we need and in the future are looking at reducing the number and providing more choice with vendors selling a variety of different and more healthy alternatives.
If you are interested give us a go our rates are cheap and you will be helping to support one of the last great Fairs in the South West. All monies raised from the event are given to a local charitable trust.
